L' ARDENTE is an organic olive oil with a green fruitiness and a lively character, in a 500ml format.
Organic extra virgin olive oil, harvested early between late October and early November , when the olives are still green and bursting with freshness. ARDENTE embodies the vigor and typicity of the olive groves of Trás-os-Montes, in northeastern Portugal. Its green fruitiness and herbaceous notes reveal a high concentration of polyphenols, guaranteeing its aromatic intensity and natural benefits.
On the palate, ARDENTE expresses all the tension of a young oil: fresh, tangy, vibrant—a cuvée with character. Perfect for enhancing carpaccio, grilled fish, salads, raw vegetables, or simply warm bread.
